Nice (for it’s age) 1983 Dodge Ramcharger Prospector 4×4.
Original paint (clear coat is gone or peeling), body has a few minor bumps and dings, no major rust. Interior is very nice, the plaid seats are in great shape, some of the carpet has been replaced. The radio/cassette/stereo does not function, missing one speaker grill. The heater fan works great but the temp control is stuck (maybe a rusted cable), A/C doesn’t work (may need charged?). It has aftermarket gauges for oil pressure, and coolant temp. missing the Ramshead hood ornament and one of the fender emblems, I have both of the Prospector emblems for the rear fenders.
It has the 5.2 liter (318 ci) engine w/4 barrel Edelbrock carb, dual exhaust with glass pack mufflers (sounds great). Has the 3 speed torqueflite trans. The 4 wheel drive and automatic hubs work properly, has recent shocks and brakes (Les Schwab) Original turbine wheels, tires have lots of tread but they are older and slightly oversized (10.50 x 31R15).
